Gaudí Library

2010

Client: private company

Description:
According to the client’s whish this library was built in the design of Art Nouveau architect Antoní Gaudí. The project was realised in a Townhouse of an English major city and was completely made of massive oak. After the client was enthusiastic about the first visual concept by Marcel Beckmann the design was developed further and modelled in 3D surfaces for computer based production. Cost-efficient planning, logistics and design for assembly were crucial to the success of this venture. Subsequently, we managed production and fit out on site.
